Terms & Conditions for ayna88 — Know Your Rights and Obligations

Welcome to ayna88. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ayna88 ("ayna88", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ayna88 website, mobile experience, casino games, sportsbook, promotional offers, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). 2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

The ayna88 Platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they maintain an active account:

• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any other person or entity.

• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of ayna88 or any company within the same group, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not been declared legally incompetent or placed under guardianship by a court of competent jurisdiction.

ayna88 conducts age and identity verification as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. During KYC, you will be required to submit a valid government-issued identification document — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — that confirms your date of birth and identity. Failure to successfully complete KYC within the required timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges and, ultimately, account closure.

ayna88 uses automated systems and manual review procedures to detect accounts that may have been registered by underage individuals. Any account found to have been registered by a person under 18 will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment method after deducting applicable processing fees and any bonuses claimed.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of ayna88 services — including depositing funds, placing bets, spinning slots, accessing live casino tables, and claiming bonuses — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address.

You are permitted to hold only one (1) ayna88 account at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a variation of your name, or under a different identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ayna88 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, confiscate any associated winnings, and permanently ban the player's identity, device, and payment methods from the Platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. ayna88 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. • All information submitted during registration must be truthful and accurate. Submitting false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• You must promptly update your account details if any information changes — particularly your email address or mobile number, which are used for account security and payment notifications.
• ayna88 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, source of funds, or residential address.
• Account registration and use is personal to you. Transferring, selling, or assigning your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ayna88 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ayna88 does not charge currency conversion fees — your Taka is deposited, wagered, and withdrawn at full face value without any hidden exchange markups. ayna88 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile Money: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to availability)

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount at ayna88 is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; however, large deposits may be subject to enhanced verification under ayna88's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures.

Deposit Processing: bKash and Nagad deposits typically confirm in your ayna88 account balance within 30 seconds of successful payment. Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within 15 minutes for fully KYC-verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days. ayna88 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not previously completed full KYC verification.

Withdrawal Conditions: Before requesting a withdrawal, you must have successfully completed ayna88's KYC verification process. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted. ayna88 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request back to your account balance if verification requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.

5 Bonus Terms & Wagering Requirements

ayna88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section as well as any additional terms published alongside the specific promotion.

Welcome Bonus: New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit at ayna88 are eligible to receive a Welcome Bonus of up to ৳20,000. The bonus is credited to your account automatically upon qualifying deposit confirmation. The Welcome Bonus is a first-deposit bonus and is available to each eligible player once only.

Wagering Requirements: All bonuses credited to your ayna88 account are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement for the ayna88 Welcome Bonus is 30x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳5,000 bonus requires ৳150,000 in total qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is unlocked for bonus-derived funds.

• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) contribute 10%. Sports betting wagers may contribute 100% provided the odds are 1.60 or greater per selection.
• Bonus funds must be used within 30 calendar days of credit. Any unused bonus balance remaining after 30 days will be removed from your account automatically.
• ayna88 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, to amend wagering requirements, and to refuse or reclaim a bonus if it determines that the eligibility criteria were not met or that the bonus was claimed in an abusive manner.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active may result in the previous bonus being forfeited.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between players or exchanged for cash outside of the withdrawal process described in these Terms.

6 Prohibited Conduct

ayna88 maintains a strict code of conduct for all users of the Platform. The following activities are explicitly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Fraud and Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in relation to deposits made to your ayna88 account is strictly prohibited. ayna88 will pursue recovery of chargebacked amounts through all available legal channels.
• Money Laundering: Using the ayna88 Platform as a vehicle for money laundering or for any other financial crime is a serious criminal offence and is strictly prohibited. ayna88 is required by its AML obligations to report any suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Collusion and Match Fixing: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, or placing bets on events where you have knowledge of or involvement in match-fixing arrangements, is prohibited and constitutes fraud.
• Automated Betting Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place bets or interact with the ayna88 Platform without genuine human input is strictly prohibited.
• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or other technical malfunctions to generate artificial winnings is prohibited. Any winnings generated through such exploitation will be voided.
• Account Sharing: Sharing your account credentials with any third party, allowing another individual to use your account, or using another player's account is prohibited.
• Abuse of Staff: Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory communication towards ayna88 customer support agents or other players is prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

ayna88 uses automated fraud detection tools and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, ayna88 reserves the right to take immediate action without prior notice, including freezing account balances pending investigation.

7 Account Closure & Self-Exclusion

You may request the closure of your ayna88 account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe.

Voluntary Self-Exclusion: ayna88 provides self-exclusion tools as part of its responsible gaming commitment. Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may activate a self-exclusion period from their account settings. Self-exclusion options are available for the following durations:

• 7-day cooling-off period
• 30-day temporary self-exclusion
• 90-day temporary self-exclusion
• Permanent self-exclusion (indefinite)

Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon activation and cannot be reversed before the chosen period has elapsed. During a self-exclusion period, ayna88 will use reasonable technical measures to prevent access to your account and will not send you marketing communications. If you attempt to open a new account during a self-exclusion period, ayna88 will close that account immediately upon detection.

Closure by ayna88: ayna88 reserves the right to close or suspend your account at any time and without prior notice if it determines that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in any prohibited conduct, failed to complete KYC within the required timeframe, or if your account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months. In the case of account closure due to a breach of Terms, ayna88 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation.

8 Limitation of Liability & General Provisions

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ayna88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, even if ayna88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Service Availability: ayna88 strives to maintain 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or events beyond ayna88's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet service disruptions, natural disasters, government actions, or force majeure events) may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform. ayna88 will not be liable for any losses arising from such unavailability.

Intellectual Property: All content on the ayna88 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of ayna88 or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any ayna88 content without prior written permission.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the ayna88 Platform that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process will be subject to binding arbitration.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any supplementary terms applicable to specific promotions or games, constitute the entire agreement between you and ayna88 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
